THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.2136 of 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, written instructions, dated 02.02.2018, submitted by the Sub Inspector of Police, Visakhapatnam III Town Police Station, are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader for Home (AP). The said instructions read as under:

"After receiving the same the respondent police made GD entry vide No.1007/2017 dated 23.12.2017 as the case is non-cognizable.

Further the respondent police filed a petition before the Hon'ble IV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Visakhpatnam on 01.02.2018 and obtained DDR No.512 on 01.02.2018 awaiting for orders, after getting the same the police will act as per law".

Eventually, a request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to place on record the above written instructions and dispose of the Writ Petition.
