THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI Writ Petition No.23718 of 2007 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents-APSRTC. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the writ petition has been filed seeking regularization of the services of the writ petitioner; and, that the services of the petitioner were already regularized, by proceedings dated 15.03.2010; and, that therefore, no further adjudication is necessary.

Learned Standing Counsel also affirms the said fact. Recording the said submissions of the learned counsel, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
