Learned counsel for the petitioners is fair enough to submit that the subject matter of the writ petition has become infructuous and requests for dismissal by granting liberty to the petitioners to agitate their grievance before the appropriate authority in accordance with law. 2.

In view of the above submission, reserving such liberty, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall also stand dismissed.
