The petitioners herein filed CRP No.6096 of 2016, questioning the order of the trial Court in I.A.No.618 of 2016. Through a separate order, dt.30.01.2017, CRP No.6096 of 2016 was dismissed. The dismissal of the said revision has bearing on the outcome of the present CRP as well for through I.A.No.619 of 2016, the trial Court permitted recalling PW-1 for marking documents.
