Reddy, learned counsel for the revision petitioner, would submit that the present civil revision petition has become infructuous, in view of allowing the main O.P itself i.e., O.P.No.33 of 2011 on the file of the V Additional District Judge, Tirupati, on 15.11.2015. Recording the said submission, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the present revision, stand closed.
