HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.16067 of 2002 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking the following prayer: "to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus, declaring the memo Rc.No.Z-IV/16236/2002 dated 10.08.2002 of the 1st respondent, as arbitrary, discriminatory and illegal and consequently set aside the same and direct the respondents to reconsider the request of the petitioner and post him forthwith to A.P.Social Welfare Residential School, Amarapuram/Kalasamudram/B.Kothakota, with all other consequential benefits, monetary and otherwise and pass such other order..." This Court, while admitting the writ petition on 26.08.2002 granted interim direction to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.08.2002. It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the representation of the petitioner is considered and his grievance has been attended to. In view of the same, no further orders are required.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the aforesaid interim order passed by this Court. No costs.
