HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.701 OF 2009 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed with a prayer to issue Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in withholding the selection and appointment of Anganwadi Helper in respect of Anganwadi Centre of Haridasthanda, H/o. Razole, Kurivi Mandal, Warangal District, pursuant to Notification dated 24.09.2007 issued by the 1st respondent, without assigning any reasons vide proceedings dated 07.11.2008 issued by the 2nd respondentThe Child Development Project Officer, Integrated Child Development Project Office, Mahaboobabad, Warangal District, as illegal and arbitrary. A perusal of the order of this Court dated 09.02.2010 in Contempt Case No.1340 of 2009 reveals that pursuant to the interview held on 07.08.

2008, the respondents have published the result of selection of the candidate on the Notice Board of the Office of the 2nd respondent on 13.11.2009 and the 2nd respondent has also issued appointment orders in proceedings No.A/89/08, dated 13.11.2009 in favour of one Smt. Gujulathu Kalyani W/o Bhukya Suresh, who has been selected to the post of Helper at Anganwadi Centre at Haridas Thanda, after obtaining necessary orders from the 1st respondent. In that view of the matter nothing survives in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
