Sreedhar Reddy, praying the High Court to summon, try and punish the respondent herein for deliberate violation of the order dated: 24-11-2014 passed in WP No. 35661 of 2014 by this Hon`ble Court;
WHEREAS the said case coming on for hearing on this day and whereas the High Court upon perusing the case and the affidavit filed herein and the order of the High Court dated: 06-02-2015, 06-03-2015, 20-03-2015, 27-03-2015 & 17-072015 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri N. Sreedhar Reddy, Advocate for the petitioner and the Special Government Pleader (TS) for the Respondent, made the following ORDER:
"The contemnor filed an affidavit, for dispensing with his presence, wherein he has stated that as he is proceeding to Tirumala for performing Kalyanotsavam on 30-10-205, he is unable to attend the Court. Having regard to the reasons mentioned in the affidavit, the presence of the contemnor is dispensed with for today's hearing only.
Post on 13-11-2015".
