THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.6405 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 28.09.2016 passed in O.S.No.493 of 2012 on the file of the Court of Special Sessions Judge for SC/ST (POA) Act, 1989-cum-VII Additional District and Sessions Judge at L.B.Nagar, Ranga Reddy District. As per the list furnished by the Registry, the trial Court disposed of the above suit on 19.01.2017.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the suit was dismissed for default.

In view of the disposal of the main suit, the purpose of filing the revision petition has become infructuous. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, if the above said suit is restored, the petitioner is at liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law. There shall be no order as to costs.
