HON'BLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.5020 of 2017 O R D E R :

When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that since investigation is completed, charge sheet has already been filed before the III Additional District Judge, Gadwal on 02.11.2018 and the case was numbered as S.C.No.193 of 2019, the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication and the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
