THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY W.P.NO.31939, 31968, 31998 AND 32007 OF 2016 COMMON ORDER Since the issue involved in all these writ petition is common, they are heard together and are being disposed of by this common order. Aggrieved by the inaction of the 3rd respondent - Tahsildar in considering the representations of the petitioners' dated 9.9.2016 for regularization of their houses as per G.O.Ms.No.59 Revenue (Assignment - I) Department dated 30.12.2014, the present writ petitions have been filed. Heard the counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

As the representations of the petitioners' dated 9.9.2016 for regularization of subject property in the writ petitions are pending for consideration, without expressing any opinion on merits, the writ petitions are disposed of at the stage of admission directing the 3rd respondent to dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

No order as to costs.
