HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U. DURGA PRASAD RAO Criminal Petition No.1916 of 2015 ORDER:

At the admission stage, the following order is passed. Having regard to the fact that charge sheet is filed and case is numbered as C.C.No.356 of 2011, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings. However, if the petitioner is so advised, she can file discharge application before the trial Court, in which case the trial Court shall dispose of the same on merits expeditiously.

Considering the request of learned counsel for petitioner, the presence of petitioner/A3 in C.C.No.356 of 2011 on the file of XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad is dispensed with except on the occasions when the trial Court requires her presence.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
