O R D E R

Aggrieved by the inaction of the respondents in considering the application of the petitioner dated 03.05.2018 filed under Form VI-A for mutating his name in the revenue records and for issuance of pattadar pass book and title deed in respect of the subject property, the present writ petition is filed. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions, submits that the petitioner has not filed application through On-line by paying the requisite fee, as such, the competent authority could not consider the request stated to have been made by the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner may be given liberty to file fresh application through on-line and the same may be directed to be considered.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on merits, writ petition is disposed of, giving liberty to the petitioner to make necessary application through On-line along with relevant documents and the 3rd respondent - Tahsildar, Karimnagar Rural Mandal, Karimnagar District, is directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of such application, by giving notice and opportunity to the petitioner and other effected parties, if any, and communicate the same to the petitioner.
