The petitioners' grievance in this Writ Petition is that representations dt.10.10.2015 and 04.01.2016 made to 3rd respondent are pending consideration before 3rd respondent for demarcation of their respective plots; and 3rd respondent is not conducting any survey in the said land and identifying the lands allotted to petitioners way back in 1998.

The learned Government Pleader for Revenue (Andhra Pradesh), appearing for respondents, states that survey to demarcate the plots was commenced. Due to some objections in the local Gram Panchayat, the survey was not taken up. The learned Government Pleader for Revenue assures that 3rd respondent will cause a survey made and demarcate the plots allotted to petitioners within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

3. In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 3rd respondent to pass orders considering petitioners' representation dt.10.10.2015 and 04.01.2016, and complete the demarcation of the plots allotted to petitioners way back in 1998 within a period of

two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
