THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO C.R.P.No.292 of 2019 ORDER:

Petitioners are third parties in O.S.No.167 of 2017 and have filed this Revision Petition seeking leave to challenge Order dt.15-12-2017 in I.A.No.633 of 2017 passed by the Senior Civil Judge, Medchal, Ranga Reddy District, appointing an Advocate Commissioner to make local investigation to locate the suit schedule property and fixing and demarcating its boundaries with the aid of Deputy Director, Survey Settlement and Land Records, Ranga Reddy District.

Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners are aggrieved by the said order but he is not able to show how the petitioners are aggrieved by it when the petitioners are not even parties to the suit; and even if the said suit is decreed, the said decree will not apply to the petitioners and will not bind them. I therefore hold that the Revision Petition is not maintainable and it is accordingly dismissed. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
