There is no representation for the petitioner today though the matter is listed under the caption "For dismissal". In the light of the orders passed by this Court on 21.6.2018, this Court is of the opinion that no indulgence can be shown to the petitioner.

Therefore, Criminal Revision Case is dismissed for nonprosecution. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
