HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT W.P.No.2739 OF 2013 ORDER:

Complaining interference by respondents in civil disputes pending between petitioner and 3rd respondent, the petitioner filed the instant writ petition.

According to Assistant Government Pleader, on the complaint given by respondent No.3, Cr.No.150/ 2012 is registered against petitioner. Crime is investigated and charge sheet is also filed. Except registering crime and investigating the same, it is stated, respondent No.2 did not interfere in the civil dispute between petitioner and 3rd respondent.

In view of the above statement, no further order is necessary. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
