This writ petition is filed seeking writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in constituting the Corporate Medical Board and Appellate Medical Board vide its circulars Ref.No.P40/5911/IR/1206, dated 29.05.2000, Ref.No.P40/5911/IR/1205, dated 29.05.2000, Memorandum dated 29.06.2014 and Ref.No.CRP/PER/IRPM/C/081/1218, dated 07.04.2015 as illegal and arbitrary.

It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in similar circumstances, this Court disposed of W.P.No.4211 of 2017 vide order dated 08.02.2017 and same is not disputed by Sri J.Srinivasa Rao, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.

In view of the same, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of order dated 08.02.2017 in W.P.No.4211 of 2017. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand disposed of.

Let a copy of the order dated 08.02.2017 in WP No.4211 of 2017 be annexed with this order.
