THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.13099 of 2002 ORDER:

The petitioner filed this writ petition challenging the order dated 03.12.2001 passed by the Industrial Tribunal in M.P.No.29 of 1999 in I.D.No.10 of 1998, in favour of the 2nd respondent - workman.

When this matter is taken up for hearing, it is noticed that the writ petition against the 2nd respondent was dismissed for default as per the order dated 18.08.2010. Thereafter, the petitioner has not taken any steps to get the writ petition restored against the 2nd respondent. In the absence of the 2nd respondent-workman, the writ petition cannot be adjudicated on merits.
