When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as the learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondents contends that the grievance of the petitioners has been resolved, during the pendency of the writ petition and power supply to the premises of the petitioners has been restored.

In view of the aforesaid submission, no further orders are required to be passed in the writ petition and accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs.
