THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE Nos.204 and 205 of 2018 COMMON ORDER:

These two Contempt Cases are being disposed of by this common order as it is alleged that the order passed on 11.12.2017 in W.P.Nos.40777 and 40779 of 2017 was not complied with. Learned Counsel appearing for the respondents submits that pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 11.12.2017, though Writ Appeals were filed, in view of dismissal of the Writ Appeals, the order passed in the Writ Petitions was complied with. However, learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the direction of the Division Bench for payment of salaries is not being complied with. So far as the order passed by this Court is concerned, there is no dispute that it was complied with. But, if there is non-compliance with the direction of the Division Bench, it is for the petitioners to move the Division Bench, and they cannot file the present Contempt Cases. In view of the same, this Court does not see any ground to entertain the present Contempt Cases.
