This Criminal Petition under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure (for short 'Cr.P.C') is filed to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.262 of 2013 of Nellore-II Town Police Station, Nellore, SPSR Nellor District, registered for the offences under Sections 506 IPC and 3 (1) (x) of SCs and STs (POA), Act.

During hearing, learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh brought to the notice of this Court about referring of case as false due to lack of evidence.

In view of the facts and circumstances, no further orders need be passed by this Court quashing the proceedings. Therefore, the instant Petition, which is filed to quash the Proceedings, has became infructuous and prayed to dismiss the petition. In view of the above respective submissions of both sides, this Criminal Petition, which is filed for quashment of the proceedings, is dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, in this case, shall stand closed.
