Sri P.Govinda Reddy, Standing Counsel for 2nd respondentUniversity has placed before me a copy of the e-mail send by the Registrar of the 2nd respondent-University, wherein the 2nd respondent has expressed a wish to withdraw the impugned order dt.17.11.2015 blacklisting the petitioner's Institution.

2. In this view of the matter, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and it is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

3. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
