THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION Nos.5668, 13579 & 5723 OF 2012 COMMON ORDER:
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners in all these writ petitions that the cause in the writ petitions does not survive for adjudication and the matter has become infructuous since the Government has withdrawn the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme (MGNREGA).
Recording the above submission, all these Writ Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to challenge the same if the Government comes forward with any fresh scheme. No order as to costs.
As a sequel to the dismissal of the writ petitions, Interim Orders, if any passed, shall stand dissolved.
