This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of respondents 2 and 3 in taking appropriate action against the unauthorized constructions commenced by the fourth respondent in Darmasala premises bearing No.
2-4-105 situated at Yellareddy Village & Mandal, Kamareddy District, despite representations made by the petitioner dated 28.10.2016 and 11.07.2016 as illegal and arbitrary. 2.
The third respondent filed counter stating that the fourth respondent made constructions without obtaining necessary permission from the third respondent.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned standing counsel for third respondent submitted that the third respondent will take appropriate action against the fourth respondent in accordance with law. In view of the submission made by the learned standing counsel for third respondent, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. 4.
Hence, the writ petition is closed.
Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
