This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Cr.P.C), is filed by the petitioner/A.3 seeking to quash the proceedings against him in C,C.No,18082 of 2019 on the file of VII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, wherein the Court below took cognizance for the offences under Sections 420, 468, 465, 471 and 473 r/w 34 lPC.
2. Heard the learned counsel for petitioner/A.3, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent/State and perused the record.

Having submitted for a considerable time, the learned counsel for the petitioner/A.3 sought a direction to the Court below to dispose of the subject C.C.No.18082 of 2019 expeditiously.
4. It is evident from the record that originally, the petitioner herein was arrayed as A.3 in C.C.No.201 of 2009 on the file of VII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad. Thereafter, t the case was split up against the petitioner/A.3 and renumbered as C.C,No.18082 of 2019. By this time, the subject C.C,No.1B0B2 of 2019 ought to have been disposed of, Under these circumstances, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the Court below to dispose of the subject C.C.No.18082 of 2019, expeditiously.

Accordingly, the learned VII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, is directed to dispose of subject C.C.No,18082 of 2019, pending on its file, within a period of three(03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, provided the petitioner/A.3 surrenders before the trial Court in the subject C.C within a period of two(2) weeks from today. 6.
With the above direction, this Criminal Petition is disposed of.
Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
