HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.M.P.No. 9185 of 2015 IN/AND Crl.P.No.9132 of 2015 COMMON ORDER :

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short, 'the CrPC') by petitioner/A1 seeking to call for the records pertaining to and in connection with C.C.No.467 of 2011 of the XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad at Nampally taken cognizance for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 406, 420 read with Section 34 of IPC and Sections 3,4 and 6 of Dowry Prohibition Act, which is outcome of the report of 2nd respondent-defacto-complainant in Crime No.210 of 2011 of Malakpet Police Station, Hyderabad against the petitioner and others.

2. A joint memo of compromise is filed in Crl.P.M.P.No.9185 of 2015 seeking permission for compromise in the matter by compounding the said Calendar Case. The parties stated that they wanted to purchase peace and they have settled their disputes outside the Court.

3. Having regard to the above, to sub-serve the ends of justice by invoking Section 482 of Cr.P.C. permission is accorded and Crl.P.M.P.No. 9185 of 2015 is ordered and the offences supra are compounded.

4. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is allowed and all the proceedings relating to C.C.No. 467 of 2011 of the XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad at Nampally are quashed. The bail bonds of the petitioner, if any, shall stand cancelled.

5. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
