THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.2080 OF 2018 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to furnish all the documents including the petitions, affidavits in Crl.M.P.Nos.890, 945, 946, 954 and 958 of 2015 on the file of the Hon'ble Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad. The petitioners sought the said documents under the Right to Information Act. In view of the supply of the required documents by the second respondent to the petitioners, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition. The writ petition is accordingly closed.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
