THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION NO.46566 OF 2016 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the action of the 3rd respondent in seizing the lorry bearing No.AP 31TH1238, belonging to the petitioner, as illegal and arbitrary. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the lis in the writ petition is squarely covered by the order dated 05.12.2015 passed by this Court in W.P.No.41610 of 2016 and the same is not disputed by the Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. For the reasons alike, this writ petition is also disposed of interms of the order dated 05.12.2016 passed in W.P.No.41610 of 2016. No costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.

A copy of the order dated 05.12.2016 in W.P.No.41610 of 2016 is to be annexed to this writ petition.
