HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.M.P.Nos.3451 & 3452 of 2017 IN/AND Crl.P.No.3443 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioners/accused Nos.1 & 3 and the 2nd respondentdefacto complainant of C.C.No.464 of 2015 on the file of I Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Vijayawada, which is outcome of crime No.418 of 2010 of Machavaram Police Station, Vijayawada, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406 & 506 r/w 34 IPC, present before the Court and stated that they settled the matter amicably outside the Court and the terms of the compromise was also appended.

In view of compromise of the parties, the offences are compounded and the accused are acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, shall stand cancelled.
