THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.ABHISHEK REDDY WRIT PETITION No.18090 of 2006 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioners that subsequent to filing of the present writ petition, a comprehensive writ petition viz., W.P.No.22858 of 2015 was filed before this Court seeking allotment of Two Bed Room House under the Government Scheme, which was dismissed by this Court. As against the same, petitioners filed Writ Appeal No.400 of 2017, which is pending adjudication before this Court, wherein interim orders were passed to consider the case of the petitioners either for allotment or compensation. In view of the above submissions of the learned counsel, nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition. Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending in this writ petition, if any, shall stand closed. No orders as to costs. ________________________ A.ABHISHEK REDDY, J 20.09.2019.
