This application is filed by the petitioner to replace the Crime No. 1049 of 2022 with Crime No. 1094 of 2022 in the order dated 09.02.2023 in Criminal Petition No. 969 of 2023.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though the material papers were filed in relation to Crime No. 1094 of 2022 along with the Criminal Petition, however, while drafting the contents, inadvertently, the crime number is wrongly mentioned as Crime No. 1049 of 2022 instead of Crime No. 1094 of 2022.

Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, and as the material papers were correctly filed, but in the contents of petition, the crime number was wrongly mentioned, it is directed that in the order dated 09.02.2023 in Criminal Petition No. 969 of 2023, the Crime No. 1049 of 2022 shall be read as Crime No. 1094 of 2022 wherever it occurs.

Accordingly, the I.A. is allowed.

Office is directed to carry out necessary corrections with regard to the crime number, as indicated above, in the order dated 09.02.2023 and issue a fresh amended order copy forthwith.
