ORDER:

Heard Sri Rajagopallavan Tayi, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Sri M.Rajamalla Reddy, learned Counsel appearing for the respondents. The Civil Revision Petition is filed by the petitioner challenging the docket order dated 05.08.2015, passed by the learned Senior Civil Judge, Huzurnagar, Nalgonda District, in I.A.No.148 of 2015 in C.M.A.No.7 of 2015, issuing urgent

notice to the respondents and directing the matter to be called on 11.06.2015. Inasmuch as there is no regular Presiding Officer in the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Huzurnagar, Nalgonda District, on enquiry with the District Judge, Nalgonda, there is another In-charge Presiding Officer has already been posted and functioning and the matters are regularly being taken up. In that view of the matter liberty is given to the petitioner to make an application before the learned Senior Civil Judge, Huzurnagar, Nalgonda District with a request to take up the matter in question and dispose of the same, in accordance with law. On such filing of the application, the Court below shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders on merits, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks. With the above observations, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed o f. Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration if any in this revision petition shall stand closed in consequence.
