Smt. Shaik Jeenath Sultana, v. The State Of Telangana
HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR Writ Petition No.2147 of 2018 ORDER:
There was no representation for the petitioner or her learned counsel when the matter was taken up for hearing on 11.02.2019 and again on 14.02.2019. It was accordingly directed to posted under the caption 'for dismissal' on 19.02.2019. On 19.02.2019, Sri K.Jamali, learned counsel for the petitioner, advanced arguments and this Court informed him that in the light of the record produced by Sri J.Sreenivasa Rao, learned counsel for respondent Nos.4 and 5, this Court would have to hold that filing of this Writ Petition amounts to abuse of process. Thereupon, Sri K.Jamali, learned counsel, sought time. The matter was accordingly adjourned to 21.02.2019.
Today, the matter again appears under the caption 'for dismissal', but yet again, there is no representation for the petitioner or her learned counsel.
The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution. Interim order dated 25.01.2018 shall stand vacated. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
