Sri A.M. Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that the present revision has become infructuous, as the matter is settled out of Court.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the present Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the present revision, stand closed.
