CVNR, J & TRJ LAAS.Nos.624, 626 & 766 of 2010 Dated:06.02.2017 COMMON JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) These three appeals arise out of separate, but identical orders of the Reference Court under the Land Acquisition Act, 1894.

At the hearing, the learned counsel for both the parties submitted that this Court by common judgment, dated 01.02.2017, in LAAS.No.621 of 2010 and batch, which pertains to the lands covered by a common notification, enhanced the compensation to Rs.25,000/- per acre and that these appeals also may be disposed of in terms of the said judgment. In the light of the above submission of the learned counsel for the parties, these appeals are disposed of in terms of the common judgment, dated 01.02.2017, in LAAS.Nos.621 of 2010 and batch with the direction that the reasons contained therein shall form part of this order.
