Heard Sri Sai Gangadhar Chamarty, learned counsel for the petitioner and Smt R.Sundari Krishna, learned Standing counsel for respondent-Devasthanam.

The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is non-consideration of the representation dated 09.03.2017 said to have been made by him. According to the petitioner, by virtue of proceedings bearing Roc.No.PO2/544/AEO(P)/TML/91, dated 27.08.1991, respondent temple authorities allotted a place at Telephone Booth, Sub-enquiry office Circle, for establishment of Telephone Booth. It is further case of the petitioner herein that during the year 2013, the respondent authorities, for the purpose of establishing a "Q" for the pilgrims, closed the ingress and egress of the same. Subsequently, she made a representation to the respondents requesting for allotment of alternative place for establishment of Telephone Booth and eventually she made a representation on 09.03.2017. But no action has been initiated on the said representation so far. 3.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Standing counsel that the representation said to have been submitted by the petitioner will be verified and appropriate action will be taken, in accordance with law. 4.

In view of the above circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on merits of the matter, directing the respondents 2 and 3 to verify the

representation dated 09.03.2017 said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein and take appropriate action, within a period of two (02) moths from the date of receipt of this order, as per law.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
