This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/ accused Nos.6 and 7 seeking to quash the charge sheet in C.C.No.1 of 2014 on the file of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Jadcherla, Mahabubnagar District.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners/ accused Nos.6 and 7 and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent/ State. Perused the record.

In the course of submissions, it is brought to the notice of this Court that charges are not yet framed by the trial Court. 4 .

Under these circumstances, the petitioners/ accused Nos.6 and 7 are at liberty to file an application for discharge before the trial Court in accordance with the procedure established under law.

With the above observation, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
