As seen from the proceeding sheet, sole appellant expired on 30.12.2008 and advocate for appellant took time for filing necessary petition to bring legal representatives on record and on his request, this Court adjourned the matter by four weeks and this order is passed on 31.10.2013, but till now no steps are taken.

2. It is further represented that sole respondent also died.

3. Considering the same, the appeal is dismissed as abated.

4. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
