ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to set aside proceedings/memo, dated 31.01.2014, of respondent No.1 appointing respondent Nos.5 to 9 as Trustees to respondent No.3 temple without notification.

Mr.N.Guru Gopal, learned counsel for the petitioner, addressed a letter, dated 30.11.2015, to the Registry, wherein he has informed the latter that under the instructions of his client, he wants to withdraw the writ petition. At the hearing, Ms.Ch.Gangakumari, learned counsel representing Mr.N.Guru Gopal, learned counsel for the petitioner, reiterated the contents of the aforesaid letter.

In view of the above facts, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, interim order, dated 04.02.2014, in W.P.M.P.No.3577 of 2014 is vacated and W.P.M.P.No.3577 of 2014 and W.V.M.P.Nos.461 and 1306 of 2014 shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
