3 herein and 10 others alleging the offences under Sections 468, 471,474,420,447,427,120(B), 143, 144, 506, 167,192,200,418 IPC which was referred by the learned Principal Judicial First Class Magistrate, FAC I Additional Judicial Magistrate, Mancherial under Section 196(3) of Cr.P.C. to secure the ends of justice as the allegations made against the petitioner/accused are unsustainable in the eye of law and as such the continuation of proceedings is nothing but abuse of process of law and the court.

NO: 1 OF 2021 Petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C praying that in the circumstances stated in the Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition,the High Court may be pleased to grant stay of all further proceedings in FIR NO. 349 OF 2O2O dl, 2211212020 on the file of SHO, PS, CCC Naspur, [Vlancherial District (erstwhile Adilabad District) including arrest of the Petitioner/Accused No.3 herein and taking of any coercive steps by the police against the petitio ne r/Accu sed No.3 herein pending disposal of the above Crl.P.
This Petition coming on for hearing,upon perusing the Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition and upon hearing the arguments of Sri V ROHITH ,Advocate for the Petitioner and the Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent No. 1 and NONE APPEARED for the Respondent No. 2. In the course of submissions, it is brought to the notice of this Court that charge sheet is filed against Accused Nos. 1, 2 and this petitioner (Accused No.3).
In view of the circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication. However, the petitioner is entitled to work out the remedies in accordance with law.
With this observation, the Criminal petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous Applications, if any shall automatically, stand dismissed.
