HONOURABLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.121 of 2019 ORDER:

1.

This Criminal Revision Case is filed by the State aggrieved by the order dated 11.5.2018 passed by the learned II Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, in Crl.M.P.No.366 of 2018 in C.C.No.875 of 2011.

At the hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Revision Case with liberty to file a fresh case under Section 482 Cr.P.C. 3.

Permission is accorded and the Criminal Revision Case is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty in terms of the prayer made.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall also stand dismissed.
