This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners-Accused Nos.1 & 2 under Sections 437 and 439 Cr.P.C. seeking to grant anticipatory bail to them in Crime No.F.No.DRI/HZU/48D/ENQ-6(INT-NIL) 2015 on the file of the Senior Intelligence Officer, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Hyderabad.

Heard and perused the material available on record. A1 is the proprietor-cum-Director of M/s Nekkantis Labs, Jeedimetla and A2 is the employee. It is alleged that Alprazolam, a psychotropic substance Narcotic drug was found in the factory premises. The officials seized 121.29 kgs of Alprazokam from the premises of the factory. Since the material seized in the above crime is commercial quantity, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners at this stage.
