Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Inasmuch as the application filed by the petitioner before the 4th respondent - Tahsildar, Tandur Mandal, Mancherial District, dated, 24.12.2019, for issuance of new pattedar pass book, is stated to be pending, without expressing any opinion on merits, writ petition is disposed of directing the said authority, to consider the application of the petitioner and take appropriate action in accordance with law for issuance of new pattadar pass book in respect of subject land, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Interlocutory application pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
