ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:

"to issue an appropriate writ or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Certiorari calling for the records relating to and connected with order dated 24-6-2002 in

O.A.No.5848 of 2002 on the file of the Honourable Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad and to quash the same by holding it as erroneous and contrary to law."

At the hearing, the learned Government Pleader for Services (Andhra Pradesh) submitted that a batch of similar Writ Petitions, i.e., Writ Petition No.4424 of 2004 and batch was allowed by this Court and the matter was remanded to the Tribunal for its consideration afresh, vide order, dated 04.12.2006.

Learned counsel for the private respondents is not present at the hearing and therefore, this submission of the learned Government Pleader remains uncontroverted.

In view of the above submission of the learned Government Pleader and supported by order, dated 04.12.2006 in Writ Petition No.4424 of 2004 and batch, this Writ Petition is allowed in terms of the said order with the direction that the reasons and directions contained therein shall form part of this order. As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.27138 of 2006 filed by the petitioners for interim relief is disposed as infructuous.
