The petitioner states that he is having agricultural land admeasuring Acs.0.13 guntas in Survey No.477, Acs.0.12 guntas in Survey No.95, Acs.0.18 guntas in Survey No.120, Acs.0.03 guntas in Survey No.208, Acs.0.03 guntas in Survey No.348 and Acs.0.011⁄2 guntas in Survey No.420 situated at Dabilpur Village, Medhcal Mandal, Malkajgiri District. The petitioner is also having agricultural land of an extent of Acs.2.00 guntas in Survey No.86/A situated at Yellampet, Medchal Mandal. The petitioner got the said lands by inheritance. When the first respondent is undertaking the revision of revenue records and conducting fresh survey during the first week of December, 2017, the officials of the fourth respondent visited the village of the petitioner and furnished 1-B information copy mentioning only an extent of Acs.0.
13 guntas of land in Survey No.477 in Dabilpur Village as belonging to the petitioner and there is no information with regard to other lands held by the petitioner in other Survey numbers of Dabilpur and Yellampet Villages. The petitioner immediately submitted his objections to the said information and approached the office of the fourth respondent several times for correcting the entries in the revenue records. When no action was taken by the fourth respondent, the present writ petition is filed.
In view of the claim of the petitioner that he is the owner of agricultural lands totally admeasuring Acs.3.091⁄2 guntas and in view of the objections submitted by the petitioner, the fourth respondent is directed to verify the records, give an opportunity to the petitioner
and take necessary action for rectification of the entries in the revenue records as expeditiously as possible, but not later than four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
