This criminal petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. by the petitioners/A.1 and A.2 in Crime No.7 of 2019 of Kothakota Police Station, Mahaboobnagar District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 326 read with 34 IPC, leave about the contention initially the crime registered for the offence under Section 324 IPC. 2.

A perusal of the wound certificate shows one simple and other grievous injuries, thereby rightly modified by alteration memo for the offence under Section 326 IPC.

In view of the same, the petitioner/A.1 even claimed as advocate practicing not entitled to the concession of bail equally for A.2 so-called driver.

Having regard to the above, the criminal petition is dismissed. However, it is not a bar if at all surrender and move for regular bail, leave about in future invoking of the similar relief from change of circumstances from showing progress of investigation.
