Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned standing counsel appearing for the second respondent Municipality. 2.
The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under: 'For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the petitioner prays that the Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in not taking for mutation of the petitioner's house plot bearing Sy.No.634 to an extent of Ac.140 Sq yards situated at Chityal Town and Municipality, Nalgonda District is illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and against the fundamental rights guaranteed under Article 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to mutate the name of the house plot bearing Sy.No. 634 to an extent of Ac.140 Sq. yards situated at Chityal Town and Municipality, Nalgonda District in the name of petitioner as per registered sale deed document No.1631 of 2019 dt.18.01.2019 and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.' 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks a direction to the second respondent Municipality to consider the representation dated 02.04.2019 and appropriate orders may be passed as per the procedure. 4.
Learned standing counsel appearing for the second respondent Municipality submits that the representation dated 02.04.2019 submitted by the petitioner will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed as per law.

In these circumstances, there shall be a direction to the second respondent Municipality to consider the representation dated 02.04.2019 of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders as per law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. 6.
