ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "......to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the impugned proceeding of the 3rd respondent in Rc.No.393/2011 Dated 18.03.2011 appointing the elected Managing Committee of Guntur District Tobacco Growers and Curers Cooperative Marketing Society Ltd., Ongole, Prakasam District as nonofficial Person In-charge Committee excluding the petitioner in partial modification of earlier proceeding in Rc.No.393/2011 Dated 12.03.2011 as illegal, arbitrary, violative of principles of natural justice and contrary to the provisions of A.P. Cooperative Societies Act, 1964 and consequently set aside the same and to pass such further order or order or orders...." At the hearing, Mrs.Bobba Vijaya Lakshmi, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and that the writ petition has become infructuous.

Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, interim order, dated 22.03.2011 in W.P.M.P.No.9227 of 2011 is vacated and W.P.M.P.No.9227 of 2011 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous. __________________________ C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY, J 10th June, 2015 GHN
