HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed alleging that respondents are interfering with the civil dispute of petitioners concerning house bearing No.2-8 (old), 308 (new) consisting of two plots bearing Nos.7 and 8, admeasuring 480 square yards in Sy.No.32 of Guttala Begumpet village, Madhapur, Serilingampally Mandal, Hyderabad. 2.

The written instructions furnished by the Inspector of Police, Madhapur Police Station, dated 12.02.2019, would disclose that as on today, no crime is registered against the petitioners. It appears, person by name Mohammed Irfan made a complaint against petitioner No.2. Prima facie, according to the Inspector of Police, the complaint and enquiry would reveal that dispute is in civil nature and in the suit filed by the petitioner no.2, injunction order is granted in his favour. In fact, on a complaint filed by the petitioner No.2, Crime No.203 of 2017 was registered, investigation was conducted and final report was filed and Hon'ble XII Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpally took cognizance of the offence. C.C.No.198 of 2018 is pending in the said Court for trial. Thus, it is apparent that Police are not harassing the petitioners as contended by them. Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed, leaving it open to petitioners to work out their remedy if they have any other grievance. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed.
